Why do you turn your back On the life that you create? You show us your sharpened fangs As you spew your words of hate. You smile at us, your teeth show white But we know they will soon be red As you drain the very blood you gave to us And wish that we were dead. Razor sharp talons, you pierce our flesh And tear into our souls. You've never wanted us to be ourselves Never allowed us to be whole. You think that because you gave us life It is yours to take away. So you shroud us in a living hell And feed us with your lies. Spoon-fed your sugar coated venom, And bound and gagged by family ties! |
